Return & Exchange Policy

At Emera Innerwear, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict and clear return & exchange policy to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers.


🛑 Products NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Bras

  • Panties

  • Shapewear

  • Lingerie sets

  • Any opened or tried product


✅ Products Eligible for Exchange:

We only accept exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.


🔁 Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at

    with your order number and issue details.

  2. Attach clear photos of the item (for damage or wrong product cases).

  3. Our team will review and approve your exchange request within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  5. Once received and verified, a replacement will be sent.


❌ Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds on any products unless the item is out of stock and no replacement is possible.

  • Refunds, if issued, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


📦 Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
